Twin newborn session (almost). Baby #8 in his family – his parents, Grant and Mey, gave Ulysses the middle name Octavian to celebrate his place in the family order 🙂 He is a bundle of joy bringing many smiles and happy moments to his parents and seven older siblings. At an ultrasound appointment in her third trimester, Mey was told that she was having twins! They already had suspected this because she was measuring considerably bigger than she had for her past seven pregnancies. Turns out, there was only one baby in there the whole time – but he was a couple pounds heavier than the others!!
Today, Mey generously shared her story on video. I am so excited to post it with the details of the roller coaster ride that they went on through the end of her pregnancy. I remember when she let me know that they were having twins and then sharing it with so many people – the mom of 7 who is now going to have 9! AND I GET TO PHOTOGRAPH TWINS!!! While Mey was researching how to feed twins and put them to sleep, I was buying props that could fit two, watching workshops and delving in to posing guides specific to twins. Hehe.
