An amazing story. Anne and James’ wedding in Leesport, PA was themed after their very own love story. They incorporated books and library catalog cards as a tribute to the beginning…when they first fell in love in the library at Liberty University where they both worked. As they got to know each other, but before they knew they would one day tie the knot – Anne started tying James’ tie for him before he would clock in. They tried many varieties and finally landed on a favorite – the trinity knot. The morning of the wedding, Anne tied this knot for James – without him seeing her! They wanted to keep the traditional wedding timeline and not let him see her before the ceremony. But, of course, his tie needed to be knotted before that point. The solution – a blindfold. After the knot was completed, they said a prayer together before separating again to anticipate the ceremony where they would be joined.
And the story isn’t complete without mentioning the engagement…one day while Anne was at work in the library, a co-worker requested she go down into the basement to get a book. James was waiting for her there – with the ring box placed on a library cart. Their names are now inscribed on that very library cart in the basement of Liberty U’s library!

The barn and bridge are perfect, where was the location for your portrait pictures?
Hi Christine. So picturesque, right? It was on the private property belonging to a relative of the bride.
