In the middle of February, we said goodbye to a family who is very close to my heart – as they said goodbye to the snow – and headed off to warmer temperatures. 100 degree warmer temperatures (literally). My sister and her family traveled across the globe to Burkina Faso, in West Africa, where they are volunteering 3 years of service. They went through MCC, a nonprofit organization whose tagline is “relief, development and peace in the name of Christ.” Before they left, we were able to capture some moments in the snow for them to hang on the wall of their new home. There was no need for Photoshop – Pennsylvania provided plenty of snow for winter photos this season!
We miss you guys!
